Our process begins with an initial consultation at your home or office. We take the time to get to discuss the landscape project you have in mind, design style, and budget. Are you looking for a basic yard landscaping or are you looking to build the outdoor living area of your dreams? Our time together will help determine the scope of the project and estimate needed.

For larger projects, a design may be needed. We can provide simple layouts or complex 3D models. Depending on your needs we will compose a design proposal, noting specific measurements and details such as micro-climates, soil types, and native plants. Using all the gathered information we create a customized landscape design that integrates your ideas and goals.

Once a design concept has been completed, we schedule a presentation to share our designs and get your suggestions and feedback. After finalizing your design we can begin choosing materials and putting together your final estimate.

After your design has been finalized and an estimate agreed upon, your installation date will be scheduled. At Reinford Landscapes, our focus is on quality. Each job is assigned a field manager a week or so in advance of the project start date. Your field manager will personally oversee your project, ensuring it is carried out according to the initial design and proposal.
